I donated to the Class Gift because I want the class of 2010 to do something that leaves the school in a better place than when we got here. I believe the project this year will do this by allowing LBS to invest more than they previously could have to build online media capabilities. Personally, I look forward to being able to watch a speaker series or conference on my laptop when I make it back to the beach in Cape Town. Well, at least have it downloaded and available to watch if I choose.
London Business School is a young and growing school. Like stages of our life where youth is the time where nurturing is important to be a strong adult, LBS requires that nurturing now. I am in that generation of the school that should help LBS grow. I have made many best friends and have networked with individuals whom I have only read in newspapers. I am proud to be have a degree from one of the super elite schools of the world. What more reason I need to continue to give back...
My donation to the 2010 class gift serves two purposes as I transition from
student to alumnus. First, I wanted to show appreciation for my first two
years as a part of the LBS community. Further, it is a way to show
my commitment to the future of the school.
My two years here at London Business School have been the best of my life.
I¹m happy to have the opportunity to give back in a way that helps improve
the school community which has given me so many great experiences.
My Class Gift donation is a way for me to say thank you to LBS for the rich
learning and experience I've acquired over the last two years. Now that I'm
graduating, I realize it's my turn to give back to the school, and help the
LBS legacy continue on strong.
I gave to the class gift to ensure that future students have a similar
positive experience as I've had and to support London Business School in
maintaining its status as a top global business school. One of London
Business School's greatest strengths is the school community and this gift
has the ability to help improve the school network by bringing students,
faculty and alumni closer together throughout the world.

Welcome
The Graduating Class Gift is a student led initiative that enables
graduating students to donate to a project of their choice. Since 2003,
over £2 million has been raised for projects such as reunions, campus
development, term chairs, and the annual fund.
This year the graduating class of 2010 is raising money for a project
that helps students and alumni stay connected and enhance their
learning through online media content. For more information about the
project refer to the project link.
Continue to check back here for progress and competition updates
throughout the campaign. Thank you in advance for your pledges and we
hope that you enjoy your final months as students!
